Host Asks First

How far in advance should we book?
For weddings and large galas, 6–12 months is ideal — peak spring and summer dates go first. Corporate lunches and smaller social events can often be arranged within 2–3 weeks. When in doubt, enquire: cancellations do open dates.
Is the tasting really included?
Yes — every wedding and full-service event booking includes a private chef's tasting for two. You'll taste the actual proposed courses, not stand-ins, and refine anything on the spot with the chef who will cook your event.
Can you handle allergies and dietary requirements?
Always. Allergies, vegetarian and vegan courses, halal and kosher-style preparation, and cultural traditions are woven into the menu design from the first draft — never handled as an afterthought plate.
What's included beyond the food?
Full-service packages include service staff, an event captain, china and flatware coordination, setup and complete breakdown. Bar programs, rentals and floral coordination are available as add-ons through our production team.
Do you travel outside Orange County?
Our core service area is Santa Ana, Irvine, Newport Beach and Greater Orange County, but we regularly cater further afield for the right event. Travel and logistics fees are quoted transparently up front.
